Crystal Healing Tincture
Crystal tinctures or Elixirs have a variety of uses. They can be added to bath water, used as a toner, used as a rinse or consumed. Tinctures are easy to make.
Take 500mls of spring water or mineral water and add your chosen crystal(s). Place the water in the sunlight for 12 hours. Next, take the crystals out and carefully bottle the water. You might like to place the tincture in the moonlight to charge it overnight.
If you are going to drink the elixir, use it up within one week of making it, and remember, f you are unsure if the crystal might be toxic or water soluble, or if it is crumbly, place it into a sealed container before placing it into the spring water.
