Crystals can be cleansed in the earth
by burying them and leaving them overnight.
I recently discovered however, that another method of cleansing crystals is to fill a small dish with flower petals and placing your crystals in amongst them, ensuring they are well covered, and leaving them for 24 hours. The essence of the flowers removes any negativity from the crystals and imbues it with the purity and energy of the flowers.
This method of cleansing would be good for stones which are to be used in garden magic.
Also, you could collect petals which relate to the properties
of the stone you wish to cleanse, for example, if you
wished to use a rose quartz for a love spell, you could
cleanse it before hand in some rose petals, or if you
wanted to use a stone for healing purposed, such as a
jasper, and cleanse it in healing lavender flowers.
