Postage
& packing : Our
postage charges are calculated for UK addresses only; these include
England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. All items are dispatched
via either Royal Mail or Parcel Force Standard delivery service. Please
Note:- If you are placing an order from outside of the UK please contact
us for postage costs as they could be higher for overseas. Please do
not pay the amount that is quoted for postage as this is just a UK rate

: There are several ways you can choose to pay
for your goods, we're sure that there is one that will suit you. I am
afraid we are unable to accept credit cards directly on our site or via
the telephone, but if you wish to pay using a credit card please see the
Paypal details below. If you have any problems with your chosen method
please contact us via email and we will try our best to help you. Cheque or Postal order - All cheques should be made payable to: Mrs D K Cook and posted to: 44 Ettrick Drive, Sinfin, Derby, Derbyshire, DE24 3EA You will be notified once your cheque has been received by us, you should then allow clearance time of 5 working days for your goods to be dispatched. Orders paid for by postal order will be despatched the next working day. Cash - Although we will accept cash, we ask that you send it via registered post only, however it is entirely at your own risk that you do so, we will not be held liable for any cash that goes missing in the post. Online Banking - If you wish to pay by this method, select the cheque money order option and contact us for further details. You should then go to your bank account online (providing you have this facility) and using our details make an online transfer or bill payment to our account. If you do not have online access to your account you could also telephone or go to your bank and request they transfer the funds on your behalf. Please note depending on what bank you are with this method can take approximately 4/5 working days to go through the banks system, you will be notified when we have received the payment. Further note some banks charge hefty fees for this service if the transfer is to a bank not owned by them. To date we have found that HSBC, Halifax and Nationwide do not charge fees to send money to another bank account not belonging to them We bank with the HSBC. There's also www.egg.com you have to have an account with them when you do they'll send money over the internet to any bank account free of charge. Paypal - This is one of the fastest payment methods available to you; it allows use of your credit card via a secure server. Select this method to be taken to our Paypal payment page which will open in a new window, if you have a Paypal account you simply sign in and transfer funds, if you do not you will be requested to fill in a few details after which you can complete your payment to us. Paypal is a widely trusted secure credit card payment facility used by millions on the internet each day, and has recently joined the ebay auction site. The benefit of this method is instant payment and providing your goods are in stock, same or next day despatch. If you'd like to pay by this method please select it when you checkout. Please make sure you click the blue 'click to continue' link at the bottom of the page or your order won't complete and although you will have paid for you purchases, we won't recieve the order.
